Astral Sky Quest Chain

The Astral Sky Quest Chain is a series of quests that take place in the Primal World. It is a part of the Primal Quest Chain, and based around the Astral Sky boundary.

Players can begin this quest chain once they have reawakened twice, reached level 100, and have reached Mirage Sky 10. Upon reaching Mirage Sky 10 the player will receive a popup quest to talk to Astral Sky Envoy Zhou in Kirin Town (377, 460). Completing this quest will unlock the pre-Astral Sky quests, starting with Travel to Luneska available at the same NPC. These pre-Astral Sky quests can be started from Mirage Sky 10. After completing a portion of these quests you will not receive any more until you reach Astral Sky 2, requiring you to break your Boundary.

Once the player reaches Mirage Sky 10 with a full vitae bar they will receive another popup quest named Astral Calling. Talking to Astral Sky Envoy Zhou in Kirin Town (377, 460) will unlock the Astral Sky Boundary.

The quest chain is offered in parts that can only be done as the player levels up their boundary. Unlike other quest chains the quest chain does not have an Astral Sky 1 portion. The Astral Sky quest chain also finishes at Astral Sky 9 instead of Astral Sky 10.

Tips

• It is not recommended to use an Ancient Gift when doing this quest chain, as there are better vitae rewards at the higher boundary quests, such as Twilight Sky.
• The player will receive quest items in their regular inventory instead of their quest inventory. Avoid discarding or selling these items.
  • If the player somehow loses certain quest items they may have to trash their quest and start it again.
• Quests can be found in the quest log under the Find Quest tab. Their name will be pink in color.

   • Note that there is an NPC in the same spot with the same name, it is not part of the objective. The digging spot is at the back of the shard, and its name will be shown in white. If you cannot see its name, make sure the "On-ground Item Names" checkbox is ticked in your settings window.
2. Give the Ancient Stone Shard to the Inkstone Elder in Inkstone Village (409, 620).

The Final Push

1. Kill the Darkstone Colossus, a boss located east of Inkstone Village. You will most likely need help to kill it, as this boss does a very strong physical attack and lowers physical defense.
   • The Darkstone Colossus is level 150 with 628k health, and does a frontal AoE.
   • At roughly 75%, 50%, and 25% health it will deal heavy physical damage to the player with aggro and debuffs their physical defense. It will only do this a total of 3 times.
2. Talk to the Inkstone Elder in Inkstone Village (409, 620).

2. Make your way south through the Miststone Ruins, and talk to the Luneskan Soulkeeper (481, 625).

Before taking this quest, the Energy Field Guardian will ask you where Princess Moonhowler's sister is. Your next quest depends on which answer you choose. The quests have different rewards.

• "Why, at her sister's side, of course": Gives the quest Violent Entry. This quest awards more Vitae, so it is recommended to choose this option.
• "In the dungeon, where she belongs": Gives the quest Peaceful Entry. This quest awards less Vitae.

Once you have chosen an answer, you will not be able to take this quest again even though it will still appear at the Energy Field Guardian.

Violent Entry

You will receive this quest automatically if you chose the response "Why, at her sister's side, of course" when taking the Into the Energy Field Quest. You will not receive the Peaceful Entry quest.

   • To dig the body, click on the ground directly underneath it. If you have trouble doing this, get underneath the Oren Titan's Body, and then try turning your camera all the way upwards so it is facing the bottom of the Oren Titan's Body and it should be easier to dig.
2. Give the Oren Titan's Body to Astrid's Imperial Guard on the ship southeast of the Ice Goblin Camp (452, 552). Be careful of the sailors on the ship; it is not safe to AFK here.

1. Kill Princess Moonhowler in Luneska City. The player may require help killing this boss, though she should be easier to handle than the Darkstone Colossus.
   • Princess Moonhowler is a level 150 boss with 725k health. She is surrounded by Luneskan Knights and Luneskan Knight Commanders.
   • Princess Moonhowler will constantly buff herself with physical damage, dealing strong physical damage to the player. She will also occasionally use magic attacks after 50% health.
2. Talk to Princess Moonhowler in Luneska City (484, 582).

Rewards: War Avatar Pack B, 2234 Vitae

Matchless Valor

Quest Dispatcher: Princess Moonhowler, Luneska City (484, 582)

1. Collect the Matchless Valor next to Princess Moonhowler in Luneska City. The Spirit of Frost Emperor Eldros will appear for a moment.
2. Give the Matchless Valor to Light Emperor Alexander in Autumn Village (388, 614).

Rewards: Vitae Pill x2, War Avatar Pack A, 620 Vitae

Completing this quest will complete the quest chain. The player will receive further quests to proceed to the Shifting Sky boundary once they have reached Astral Sky X with maximum Vitae. Once the player is at Astral Sky X they can begin the Shifting Sky Quest Chain for a short time until Shifting Sky I is required.
