Celestial Saint Cultivation

Celestial Saint is the final step of a character's Spiritual Cultivation. Players that have reached the Chaotic Soul Cultivation can ascend to immortality by repairing the World Pillars and saving the Midlands from the threat of the Changelings.

Celestial Saint is available for players that have reached level 100 Reawakening 2, Twilight Sky VI and have completed the quest The Changeling Mastermind, which is the second-to-last quest in the Sacred Sepulcher chain of the Neverfall Quest Chain. This quest line is the same for all characters, regardless of whether they chose the sage path or the demon path previously. Celestial Saint unlocks the remaining sanctified skills and Glyph slots.

Elder's Crisis

Quest is acquired automatically after completing The Changeling Mastermind in the Neverfall Quest Chain.

1. Wait for about 5-10 seconds. During this time players will see some dialog above their chat box prompting them to go to Neverfall.
2. Talk to the Elder of the Streams outside of City Hall in western Neverfall (317, 620).

Restoring the Western Steppes

Quest Dispatcher: Elder of the Streams, City Hall - Neverfall (317, 620)

1. Leave the Western Steppes and return to the Midlands.
2. Collect an Uncorrupted Heaven Essence from the Condensed Heaven Essence in Old Heaven's Tear, in the air above the entrance (368, 517 ↑55).
3. Collect an Uncorrupted Earth Essence from the Condensed Earth Essence at the bottom of the Valley of the Gods (329 918 ↑11), south of Avalanche Village.
4. Collect an Uncorrupted Human Essence from the Condensed Human Essence on top of a wall in West Archosaur (520, 647 ↑25).
5. Return to the Western Steppes and give the essences to the Elder of the Streams outside of City Hall in western Neverfall (317, 620).

The Western Steppes are Saved

Quest is acquired automatically after completing Restoring the Western Steppes.

1. A popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
2. Talk to Light Empress Althea inside City Hall in western Neverfall (315, 611).

Mystery of a Thousand Streams

Quest is acquired automatically after completing The Western Steppes are Saved.

1. Leave the Western Steppes and return to the Midlands.
2. Talk to the Elder of the Streams in the City of a Thousand Streams (130, 858).

Trailing the Imposter

Quest Dispatcher: Elder of the Streams, City of a Thousand Streams (130, 858)

1. Talk to the Harbor Laborer outside of Wellspring Village (429, 660).
2. Go east of City of the Lost to Lunar Pass, just above the river (318, 656).
3. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
4. Kill Jewelscalen the Ravenous, located nearby (321, 650 ↑27). Players may need help to kill him.
   • Jewelscalen the Ravenous is a level 150 boss with 1.5m health. He will AoE nearby players and reduce their physical defense. He can be stunned, debuffed, and knocked back.
5. Talk to Sentry Feng located nearby at (312, 651).
6. Talk to Moshang in Broken Bridge Village (229, 557).
7. Go northwest of Broken Bridge Village to (205, 602) in Dragon's Breath Valley.
8. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.

Changeling Hunt

Quest is acquired automatically after completing Trailing the Imposter.

1. Kill 10 Conscripted Taurox Cubs north/northwest of where players completed the last quest in Dragon's Breath Valley.
2. Kill Warlord Viriddis Stormhorn at (204, 628), among the Conscripted Taurox Cubs. He is easier to kill than Jewelscalen the Ravenous but can still hit hard.
   • Warlord Viriddis Stormhorn is a level 150 boss with 1.5m health and only deals melee physical damage to a single target. He can be stunned, debuffed, and knocked back.
3. A popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.

The Secret of Skull Mountain

Quest is acquired automatically after completing Changeling Hunt.

1. Go to (183, 610) in the Dragon Wilderness, southeast of Skull Mountain.
2. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
3. Kill Yansheng the Reborn in the middle of Skull Mountain (170, 625). Players may need help for the remainder of this quest; they should be careful not to aggro Sibastiana on theirr way there. Yansheng the Reborn is a level 150 boss with 1.5m health and only deals melee physical damage to a single target. He can be stunned, debuffed, and knocked back.
4. Collect the Corrupted Human Essence from the flag post next to where Yansheng was standing (170, 625) in the middle of Skull Mountain.
5. Kill Chin the Reanimated in the right eye-hole of Skull Mountain (169, 621). He is a level 150 boss with 1.5m health and has the same tactics as Yansheng the Reborn.
6. Collect the Corrupted Earth Essence from the flag post next to where Chin was standing (169, 621) in the right eye-hole of Skull Mountain.
7. Kill Farng the Risen in the left eye-hole of Skull Mountain (173, 626). He is a level 150 boss with 1.5m health and has the same tactics as Yansheng the Reborn and Chin the Reanimated.
8. Collect the the Corrupted Heaven Essence from the flag post next to where Farng was standing (173, 626) in the left eye-hole of Skull Mountain.
9. Kill Sibastiana at the southeastern end of Skull Mountain (174 621). Players will likely need help for this boss. Once she is killed the quest will complete automatically.
   • Sibastiana is a level 150 boss with 17.7m health. She does not move from her spot and can attack players from a long range, but deals less damage the closer a player is to her. She can be debuffed but not stunned or knocked back.
   • At around 12.45m and 7.1m hp, she will place a bomb on a player (usually one that doesn't have aggro) which will blow up after 10 seconds and kill any nearby players. Players should run away from other players if they have the bomb as it cannot be purified.

The Changeling's Plans

Quest is acquired automatically after completing The Secret of Skull Mountain.

1. A popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
2. Talk to the Elder of the Streams in the City of a Thousand Streams (130, 858).

The Elder Council

Quest Dispatcher: Elder of the Streams, City of a Thousand Streams (130, 858)

1. Go to (138, 843 ↑27) in the City of a Thousand Streams, at the lower southeastern building.
2. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
3. Wait 20 seconds. Players can stay and watch the elders hold their council, or move on to the next part of the quest.
4. Talk to the Celestial Elder at Heaven's Tear (471, 567 ↑47) above The Silver Pool.

Pillar of the West

Quest Dispatcher: Celestial Elder, Heaven's Tear (471, 567 ↑47)

1. Go to (100, 611 ↑24) in the Dragon Wilderness, at the bottom of the large crater northwest of Sundown Town.
2. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
3. Dig the Shard of the West in the Dragon Wilderness (191, 616 ↑52), southwest of City of the Lost
4. Go back to (100, 611 ↑24) in the Dragon Wilderness, at the bottom of the large crater northwest of Sundown Town.
5. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
6. Talk to the Celestial Elder at Heaven's Tear (471, 567 ↑47) above The Silver Pool.

Pillar of the North

Quest Dispatcher: Celestial Elder, Heaven's Tear (471, 567 ↑47)

1. Go to (281, 996) in the Frozen Path, northeast of the Village of Shattered Ice and northwest of Avalanche Village.
2. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
3. Dig the Shard of the North in one of two places (either works):
   • Warsong City, the Incacerate (the old location for the shard, still active)
     • Players may join a squad that has already completed the dungeon and dig the shard
   • Icebound Underworld
     • The shard is located on the platform before the drop into the main battle arena
     • Due to the nature of this dungeon it is not necessary to start the dungeon before digging the shard
4. Go back to (281, 996) in the Frozen Path, northeast of the Village of Shattered Ice and northwest of Avalanche Village.
5. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
6. Talk to the Celestial Elder at Heaven's Tear (471, 567 ↑47) above The Silver Pool.

Pillar of the South

Quest Dispatcher: Celestial Elder, Heaven's Tear (471, 567 ↑47)

1. Go to (298, 252) in the Savage Fields, northwest of Guardian's Watch. Guardian's Watch is west of Tellus City.
2. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
3. Get Shard of the South from Moon Watcher Tower (immediately after Basam dies)
   • Players may join a squad that has already completed the dungeon and dig the shard
   • Note: the shard used to be in the last trial of Uncharted Paradise, where the Lord of Paradise is located.
4. Go back to (298, 252) in the Savage Fields, northwest of Guardian's Watch. Guardian's Watch is west of Tellus City.
5. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
6. Talk to the Celestial Elder at Heaven's Tear (471, 567 ↑47) above The Silver Pool.

Pillar of the East

Quest Dispatcher: Celestial Elder, Heaven's Tear (471, 567 ↑47)

1. Go to (628, 624) in the Fragrant Hills, northwest of The Village of Naught.
2. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
3. Dig the Shard of the East in Judgement mode Flowsilver Palace
   • Players may join a squad that has already completed the dungeon and dig the shard
   • Note: the shard used to be in the final room of Dawnlight Halls, where Natya Veda is located (at this time, level 103 was required to enter).
4. Go back to (628, 624) in the Fragrant Hills, northwest of The Village of Naught.
5. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
6. Talk to the Celestial Elder at Heaven's Tear (471, 567 ↑47) above The Silver Pool.

Pillar of Creation

This quest can only be acquired once players complete Pillar of the West, Pillar of the North, Pillar of the South, and Pillar of the East.

Quest Dispatcher: Celestial Elder, Heaven's Tear (471, 567 ↑47)

1. Go to (428, 530) on the Stairway to Heaven, southwest of The Silver Pool.
2. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.
3. Dig the Shard of Creation in one of two locations (either works):
   • The final valley of Lunar Glade (the valley is also called Lunar Glade), towards the exit NPC (399, 571) (the old location for the shard, still active)
     • Players must do this in squad mode to get the final valley. The path taken in squad mode does not matter as all of them will lead to the Shard of Creation.
   • In one of the corners of the central room in Twilight Temple Revisited (Part 1) that holds Illusion Lord Armageddon
   • Players may join a squad that has already completed the dungeon and dig the shard for either of these instances
4. Go back to (428, 530) on the Stairway to Heaven, southwest of The Silver Pool.
5. When the player is in the right location, a popup will appear. Confirm it to continue.

Celestial Elder's Call

Quest is acquired automatically after completing Pillar of Creation.

1. Talk to the Celestial Elder at Heaven's Tear (471, 567 ↑47) above The Silver Pool.

The World is Saved

1. Perform the Meditate action by clicking on the prompt on-screen, or clicking it in the Action window, accessed by pressing the E key.
2. Talk to the Celestial Elder at Heaven's Tear (471, 567 ↑47) above The Silver Pool.

After completing this quest, players' Spiritual Cultivation will reach Celestial Saint.
