1. Talk to the Plume City Elder in the City of the Plume (327, 427).
2. Talk to the Shipyard Owner west of Lake of the Plume (340, 371).
3. Kill 10 Unstable Essences in the air above Plume Lake Shore for Ship Designs.
4. Give the designs to the Shipyard Owner west of Lake of the Plume (340, 371).
5. Talk to Yi Wangjan in Bamboo Village (369, 349). She will give the player a Gold Hairpin.
6. Give the hairpin to Winged Elf Tien in southwest Archosaur (530, 620).

A Mistake

1. Talk to Apothecary Hsieh at Arrowhead Manor (432, 462).
2. Get a Gold Orb by killing Boneyard Defectors south of Whetstone Keep. They have a 50% chance to drop.
3. Talk to Yi Wangjan in Bamboo Village (369, 349).
4. Give the orb to Winged Elf Tien in southwest Archosaur (530, 620).

Final Joy

2. Kill 8 Orchid Petali west of Sanctuary for Fantasia Powders.
3. Kill 8 Carrion Vultures in the air north of Sanctuary for Shimmering Plumes.
4. Give the items to Seamstress Ouyang in west Archosaur (524, 646). She will give the player General Summer's Robe.
5. Give the robe to General Summer in southwest Archosaur (521, 629). He will give the player the General's Pendant which is not used in any quests.
6. Talk to Seamstress Ouyang in west Archosaur (524, 646). She will give the player a New Wedding Dress.
7. Give the wedding dress to Winged Elf Tien in southwest Archosaur (530, 620).

2. Give the wedding dress to Yi Wangjan in Bamboo Village (369, 349).
3. Talk to Winged Elf Tien in southwest Archosaur (530, 620).

After completing this quest, the player can take the "Dreamcatcher" quest from Winged Elf Tien, which will take the player to Dreamweaver Port. There, they will be introduced to the Dreamweaver Port Horror regional quests and the World Roamer, Dream Traveler, and Kunwu Sword classic quest chains.
