As a result, many new spells were developed to greatly enhance the Wizards' battlefield effectiveness. One of these spells based on the Winged Elves' Elemental Seal spell, with some special modifications from Grand Wizard Tien himself.

Unleash a magical strike that bypasses the target's body to attack the soul, weakening it for 12 seconds. Deals minimal damage, but reduces the target's Water, Fire, and Earth Resistances for 12 seconds by 60%.

79 Unarmed, Magic Instruments None 200 15 Chi Gained Aware of Vacuity During the first war against the Wraiths, the Allied Forces discovered to their horror that the Barbarians were more vulnerable to the Wraiths' vile magic. The Wizards worked tirelessly on a solution, eventually developing a powerful spell to defend their allies against the Wraith's magic.

Manipulate the magical flows in the air to protect the target from magical assault for 4 seconds. Increases Metal, Water, Fire and Earth resistances by 1000%. Has a 10% chance to dispel negative status effects on you.

Bind Mana and Chi directly into your weapon, increasing your Magic Attack by one percent of your maximum Mana for 30 seconds.

Though clerics have had countless discussions about this spell in the intervening years, none have denied its usefulness.

Manipulate the divine magic of Perfect World itself to partially seal the target between dimensions. Freezes the target, but reduces damage dealt to it by 90%. Lasts 15 seconds.

Can only be used on players.

Can only be used on the main Perfect World map.

100 Magic Instruments, Unarmed None 1363 Costs 30 Chi Aware of Vacuity There are a great many arcane spells meant for protection of the caster. The great wizard, Heng, ingeniously combined these to create an even stronger shield.

Create a magical barrier to protect yourself. When attacked in melee, you will be thrown backwards, away from your attacker, and all negative status effects will be removed. This effect can only trigger once every 25 seconds. Lasts 5 minutes.

100 Unarmed, Magic Instrument None 1818 Costs 2 Sparks (200 Chi) Aware of Vacuity Etherblade's first conclave of wizards developed this spell during a protracted attack on their city, giving them a powerful way to stop multiple enemies in their tracks.

Unleash a powerful wave of ice for 12 seconds. The wave pulses every 3 seconds, hitting all enemies within 12 meters. Has an 80% chance to freeze targets in an Ice Prison for 2 seconds, dealing 130% base magic damage. Ice Prison stacks with the stun status and the Occult Ice spell.

100 Unarmed, Magic Instrument None 909 Costs 1 Spark (100 Chi) Aware of Vacuity Curse the target with arcane fire. When attacked, the target has a chance to be immobilized for 3 seconds. This effect can only be triggered every 8 seconds. The curse lasts for 45 seconds.

These skills can be obtained by manufacturing them in the Primal World with Primordial Bloods. Some of these skills require you to sacrifice two of your skills in order to create the new one. This cannot be reversed unless you use a Celestial Schism, purchasable from the Boutique.
