Arc Codes

Arc Codes are unique codes that players can use through the Arc platform to redeem items in-game. They are released occasionally throughout the year, sometimes for special occasions such as PWI's anniversary or a real-world holiday. Arc Codes are one of the only ways that players can get event gold to use in the Event Boutique.

Codes can be found in multiple places, including:

• On the PWI Facebook page
• On the AroundTheArcPWE twitter
• Through word-of-mouth from other players
• In emails sent to your account's email address
• On the Arc forums

List of Current Arc Codes

Below is a list of Arc Codes that are currently active. All Arc Codes have expiration dates. Some may only be redeemable once, while some others can be redeemed infinitely.

Most items redeemed through Arc Codes cannot be traded.

How to Redeem Arc Codes

There are two different methods to redeeming Arc Codes.

1. Through the Arc Client:
   1. Open the Arc Client.
   2. Sign in with the account you would like to redeem with.
   3. Click on "Home" on the left-side of the window, or click the button at the bottom with the nine squares and click on PWI.
   4. Click the "Redeem Code" button.
   5. Enter the Arc Code and click Next.
   6. Select your server and your character and click Next.
2. Through the Arc website:
   1. Go to http://www.arcgames.com/en/redeem.
   2. Sign in with the account you would like to redeem with.
   3. Enter the Arc Code and click Submit.
   4. Select your server and your character and click Redeem.

Troubleshooting

Sometimes Arc Codes are not successfully redeemed. Usually if this happens, an error message will be shown on screen upon trying to redeem a code. These messages are best seen when redeeming through the Arc Client, as error messages on the Arc website do not usually indicate what the issue is.

• Unable to redeem code. Please try again later: This error message usually appears when redeeming on the Arc website regardless of what issue occurs. It could happen because the servers are at capacity, you have already redeemed the code, or the code has expired.
• The product key you have entered has expired.: This error message indicates that the Arc Code you are trying to redeem has expired, and therefore can no longer be redeemed.
