This page contains a list on how to obtain various barbarian skill books. These skill books can be used to upgrade sage and demon skills, learn brand new skills, or even merge existing skills.
As of the Celestials Update, most skill books are no longer required to learn or upgrade skills. Instead, players can learn these skills for an increased fee.
How to use skill books[ | ]
Most skill books can be used in the same way. Open your skill window using the R key and scroll down to the upgraded version of the skill you would like to learn. You will see some requirements beside its name, which is usually a prerequisite skill along with a book. If you have met these prerequisites, you will see a small up arrow to the right of these requirements. If this arrow is dim, you will need to either have more spirit or more silver coins or gold coins, which you can check by hovering over the arrow. If the arrow is lit, then you can click on it and a confirmation window will pop up. Click "Yes" and you should learn the skill. If it does not work, make sure you are not in combat mode or moving around, or try relogging.
Advanced Transformation Skills[ | ]
These skills can be obtained after completing the quest chain that barbarians can receive once they are level 100 in City of the Lost. They can be received from Yuan Fei the Barbarian (258, 645) at no cost, depending on your cultivation.

Primal skills[ | ]
Primal skills can be crafted in Kirin Town at the Sacred Cauldron. 
[Primordial Blood] is required for all skill books. Some skill books require you to have Arcane Sky Pages, Adv. Arcane Sky Pages, Mirage Sky Pages, or Adv. Mirage Sky Pages, made with a single Old Book Page. These pages can be made at the Sacred Cauldron under quest related and have a requisite boundary level in order to make them. The pages are not tradable.
Note that sage skills begin with a ɸ, while demon skills begin with a Ω. These skills are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged if you choose the wrong one, so make sure you are crafting the correct version of the skill.
Skills beginning with Σ can be used by either sage or demon.

Homestead skills[ | ]
Homestead skills can be crafted at Vyn Ren, the Trainer in West Archosaur. You will need Elysian Seals to craft the books, which can be obtained by completing homestead quests.
Note that sage skills begin with a ɸ, while demon skills begin with a Ω. These skills are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged if you choose the wrong one, so make sure you are crafting the correct version of the skill.
Skills beginning with Σ can be used by either sage or demon.

Sanctified skills[ | ]
Sanctified skills can be crafted at Royal Knight Hector in Neverfall City, by crafting a Sanctified Tome. Opening this tome will give you the book of your class. There are a total of 13 Sanctified Tomes; 6 of them can be crafted using 5 Neverfall Squire's Badges, while the other 7 can be crafted using 5 Neverfall Squire's Badges and 1 Neverfall Knight's Badge.
