City of Raging Tides is a city in the Midlands, located in the south-east corner of the map. It is the capital city of the Tideborn, and where assassins and psychics will begin their journey beyond the Celestial Vale.

Points of Interest

• A Banker can be found in the eastern part of the city (672, 127). In the same location are several other NPCs such as Assistant Wang Tsai, the PW Boutique Agent, and the Inventory Master.
• An Auctioneer can be found in the eastern part of the city (669, 131).
• Mailboxes can be found in the eastern part of the city beside the Banker, beside the Auctioneer, and in the northern part of the city beside the Jewelcraftsman.
• The Raging Tides Officer can be found in the north-western part of the city, located beside the Elder of Raging Tides (657, 144), where players of a Faction that occupy the territory can purchase and craft items.
