Genie skills are attained via the Watcher of the Earth. Once your Genie meets the required Affinity Points, speak with the Watcher of the Earth and select “Learn Genie Skills”. Learning skills will require a combination of Spirit and Money, and in some cases a Skill Scroll will be needed. Initially a Genie can learn a maximum of 4 skills. The maximum number of skills your Genie can learn can change, and is determined by its amount of lucky points:
Lucky Points 0-50: 4 Skill Slots
Lucky Points 51-70: 5 Skill Slots
Lucky Points 71-80: 6 Skill Slots
Lucky Points 81-90: 7 Skill Slots
Lucky Points 91 or more: 8 Skill Slots
Genie abilities will consume your Genie's Energy and Stamina. Genies can forget skills via the Watcher of the Earth at no cost.
Please note the Level 1 Skills only require one affinity point distributed, where as a Level 7 Skill requires seven affinity points distributed in the required areas. The level the genie can learn skills varies greatly depending on how points are distributed.
