Reincarnation Pestle

Reincarnation Pestle, also known as Dragon City Diplomat, is a series of Legend Quests available to level 100+ players. These quests award the player with the Green Wood Song title, a Makeover Scroll, and a Sage and Demon Bible which gives a random level 79 or 100 skill for your character's class. The bible can be taken to Lei Wanchun in the City of a Thousand Streams (131, 860). He will tell you what skill books you can possibly get before taking the quest.

The quest chain begins at the PW Promotions Agent, found in every major city. In order to complete this series of quests you will need to be able to enter Morai and Endless Universe.

Previously completing these quests would unlock a daily quest which awarded the player the Green Wood Song title and an apothecary item to go into stealth mode but this daily quest has since been deactivated.

Dragon City Diplomat

Quest Dispatcher: PW Promotions Agent, any major city

1. Talk to the Dragon City Diplomat in East Archosaur (563, 653).

Reincarnation Pestle

Quest Dispatcher: Dragon City Diplomat, East Archosaur (563, 653)

1. Wait 1 minute, and then talk to the Dragon City Diplomat again.
2. Talk to Duke Blacke in Archosaur. He wanders around the paths in each district.
   • The easiest way to find Duke Blacke is start in East Archosaur and run anti-clockwise along the path through to the other districts (i.e. go from East Archosaur to South-East Archosaur, then to South Archosaur, etc).
3. Enter the Seat of Torment and take the "Dense Crystal" quest from the Crystal Clam at the beginning of the dungeon.
4. A Dense Crystal will appear nearby. Look at what the crystal says above the crystal or in your chat box. It will say the color of the power ball it will need - this color will either be blue, red, or yellow, and will not change during the duration of this part of the quest.
5. After 10 seconds, power balls of all 3 colors will spawn every 10 seconds for 1 minute. Destroy only the power balls that match the color that the Dense Crystal wants. If you're too slow or kill the wrong ones it may fail to recharge and you will have to try again by taking the Dense Crystal quest from the Crystal Clam again.
6. If you succeed, you will receive a popup and you will see a Mysterious Person and Hu Hsiaoko talking nearby.
7. Confirm the popup and then enter Abaddon and take the "Dense Crystal" quest from the Crystal Clam at the beginning of the dungeon (357, 502).
8. A Dense Crystal will appear nearby. Look at what the crystal says above the crystal or in your chat box. It will say the color of the power ball it will need - this color will either be blue, red, or yellow, and will not change during the duration of this part of the quest.

11. Confirm the popup, go back to Archosaur, and talk to the Mysterious Person in South Archosaur (546, 628).
12. Talk to Hu Hsiaoko next to the Mysterious Person in South Archosaur (546, 628).
13. You will receive a Mulberry Branch. Do not sell this item to an NPC or you will not be able to complete the quest.
    • If you somehow lose your Mulberry Branch you will have to trash the quest and start over from the beginning of the Reincarnation Pestle quest.
14. Talk to Duke Blacke again in Archosaur. If you talked to him recently he should be around the same place you found him last.
    • The easiest way to find Duke Blacke is start in East Archosaur and run anti-clockwise along the path through to the other districts (i.e. go from East Archosaur to South-East Archosaur, then to South Archosaur, etc).
15. Enter Endless Universe. You will need a Tuc Su Toxin to enter, but you don't need a squad, and you don't have to start the dungeon, so you get to keep the Toxin.
16. Take the "Conspiratory Ending" quest from the Dense Crystal at the beginning of Endless Universe (364, 569).
17. Tsu's Soul will spawn. Kill it. It is possible for most people to kill this boss solo but you can receive help if required.
    • Tsu's Soul is level 101 with 514k health. It will reduce your channelling speed, and does not move.
    • If you do die or Tsu's Soul disappears you can retake the quest at the Dense Crystal to spawn it again.
18. Go back to Archosaur and give the Mulberry Branch to the Mysterious Person in South Archosaur (546, 628). You will receive your rewards.
